I have struggled my whole life to find balance. My journey started at age 10, I was already overweight. By 12, I was diagnosed with asthma, allergies, & arthritis. Fast forward to 50 with 15 conditions including kidney & liver disease, DIABETES, obesity, eczema, systemic candida, chronic fatigue, & more. I had no idea it was my outdated nutrition information.
I reversed it all (& lost 90 lbs) using a paleo/keto base & feel better now than I have in 40 years!
